Andy Mosson

Andy Mosson is the Head of Sales and Presales at R3, where he leads initiatives in sales, business development, and client engagement to drive R3’s growth in digital financial solutions. With over a decade of experience in digital assets and trading, Andy brings extensive expertise in capital markets and digital transformation.

Prior to R3, Andy was Chief Commercial Officer at One Trading, overseeing sales, trading, and strategic partnerships, and led the company’s Organized Trading Facility (OTF) in the Netherlands. He began his capital markets career at J.P. Morgan as an Executive Director in macro electronic trading, focused on innovation and global growth.
