Biba is an experienced lawyer in Switzerland and Luxembourg, specializing in digital assets, compliance, and regulatory matters. She has been active in the crypto space since 2015. Her firm provides legal and compliance support to traditional entities (banks, asset managers, fund managers, etc.) as well as to VASPs/CASPs in the digital asset space. Previously, she served as Head of International Cooperation for the Swiss regulator FINMA and as Chief Compliance Officer at Credit Suisse, where she oversaw compliance for Luxembourg and its European branches (France, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Greece, and the Netherlands). She regularly participates as an expert in international regulatory working groups, notably for FATF, IOSCO, the World Economic Forum (WEF), and ISO.
