Jonathan Knipper leads Republic Digital’s operations team, overseeing the firm's daily operations, financial performance and planning, compliance and risk systems, along with the fund’s core technology implementation. In tandem his blockchain infrastructure team also maintains enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure for staking and yield enhancement on over 50+ protocols. During his time at Republic, he has designed and deployed the firm’s crypto treasury management tools and trading systems, and grown the infrastructure staking business into a $2bn staked assets platform. Prior to joining Republic, Jon was a partner and co-founder at TLDR, a global blockchain advisory firm; before entering the Web 3 space he worked at Goldman Sachs and Morgan stanley for a combined 8 years with a focus on FX and interest rate derivatives. He holds a BA in economics and finance from New York University.
